50KV耐電壓試驗儀/橡膠擊穿電壓試驗機適用范圍：

   主要適用于固體絕緣材料（如：塑料、橡膠、層壓材料、薄膜、樹(shù)脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、絕緣漆等絕緣材料及絕緣件）在工頻電壓或直流電壓下?lián)舸姸群湍碗妷旱臏y試。

   由電腦控制，是我公司自主研發(fā)的全新第三代介電擊穿檢測儀器，電子控制系統是通過(guò)西門(mén)子PLC控制，數據采集方式通過(guò)光電隔離，有效解決試驗過(guò)程中的抗干擾問(wèn)題，軟件操作使用方便，能夠實(shí)時(shí)顯示動(dòng)態(tài)曲線(xiàn)，同時(shí)升壓速率無(wú)級可調，可以根據自己的需要進(jìn)行升壓速率調節，調節范圍在10V-5000V/S，處于*地位（國內*能達到此功能的廠(chǎng)家），使升壓速率真正做到勻速、準確，并能夠準確測出漏電電流的數據?？蓪?shí)時(shí)繪制試驗曲線(xiàn)，顯示試驗數據，判斷準確，并可保存，分析，打印試驗數據。

安全保護功能：
1、試驗在試驗箱中進(jìn)行，試驗箱門(mén)打開(kāi)時(shí)電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端，即高壓側無(wú)電壓。100KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于270mm，50KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于250mm，試驗時(shí)即使人接觸箱壁也不會(huì )有危險。
2、設備要安裝單獨的保護地線(xiàn)。接保護地線(xiàn)，主要是減少試樣擊穿時(shí)對周?chē)a(chǎn)生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。
3該試驗設備的電路設有多項保護措施，主要有：過(guò)流保護、過(guò)壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警，電磁放電等。
4、直流試驗放電報警功能:在設備做完直流試驗時(shí),當開(kāi)啟試驗門(mén)時(shí)設備會(huì )自動(dòng)報警,直至使用設備上的放電裝置放電后報警會(huì )自動(dòng)取消.(注：因為直流試驗后不放電會(huì )危險到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造  身傷害)。
5、試驗放電裝置，電磁鐵自動(dòng)放電放置。
