TOC檢測儀

BC-40ATOC檢測儀是北京北廣精儀公司自主研發(fā)的高精度總有機碳分析儀器。產(chǎn)品使用電導率差值檢測技術(shù)，檢測精度高，響應時(shí)間短。產(chǎn)品符合國家法規和標準，可滿(mǎn)足制藥用水、注射用水、超純水和去離子水的在線(xiàn)及離線(xiàn)的檢測要求。

TOC檢測儀工作原理

本儀器采用紫外氧化的原理，將樣品中的有機物氧化為二氧化碳，二氧化碳的測試采用的是直接電導率法，通過(guò)測試經(jīng)過(guò)氧化反應的樣品的總碳含量和未經(jīng)過(guò)氧化反應的樣品總無(wú)機碳的含量差值來(lái)測定總有機碳含量，即：總有機碳（TOC）=總碳（TC）-總無(wú)機碳（TIC）。

工作原理

樣品中的有機物在紫外線(xiàn)及二氧化鈦廣催化的作用下被氧化成二氧化碳，采用電導率檢測技術(shù)測定二氧化碳，通過(guò)電導率傳感器檢測經(jīng)氧化反應器氧化后的樣品總碳與電導率傳感器檢測未經(jīng)氧化反應器氧化的樣品總無(wú)機碳之差，獲得樣品中總有機碳含量（TOC=TC-TIC）。

應用范圍
1. 該儀器可用于檢測制藥工業(yè)中純化水、注射用水和去離子水中有機碳的濃度；也可用于半導體行業(yè)中超純水TOC的檢測。

The working principle of TOC detector

The working principle of TOC detector
