總有機碳（TOC）分析儀采用世界的雙波長(cháng)紫外氧化技術(shù)，精度高、靈敏度高。高性能CPU，觸摸屏智能化控制，具有離線(xiàn)分析和在線(xiàn)分析選配功能，配制外置式打印機，人性化的設計理念，更換UV燈和泵管不用拆開(kāi)機箱，操作簡(jiǎn)單、方便，實(shí)現了分析儀器國產(chǎn)化。符合《中國藥典》2010版附錄 VIII R制藥用水中總有機碳測定法，滿(mǎn)足藥典對儀器的要求：①TOC=TC-TIC，②系統適用性試驗，③檢測靈敏度（等于或小于0.05mg/L）。

工作原理

樣品中的有機物在紫外線(xiàn)及二氧化鈦廣催化的作用下被氧化成二氧化碳，采用電導率檢測技術(shù)測定二氧化碳，通過(guò)電導率傳感器檢測經(jīng)氧化反應器氧化后的樣品總碳與電導率傳感器檢測未經(jīng)氧化反應器氧化的樣品總無(wú)機碳之差，獲得樣品中總有機碳含量（TOC=TC-TIC）。

應用范圍

1. 該儀器可用于檢測制藥工業(yè)中純化水、注射用水和去離子水中有機碳的濃度；也可用于半導體行業(yè)中超純水TOC的檢測。

工作原理

本儀器采用紫外氧化的原理，將樣品中的有機物氧化為二氧化碳，二氧化碳的測試采用的是直接電導率法，通過(guò)測試經(jīng)過(guò)氧化反應的樣品的總碳含量和未經(jīng)過(guò)氧化反應的樣品總無(wú)機碳的含量差值來(lái)測定總有機碳含量，即：總有機碳（TOC）=總碳（TC）-總無(wú)機碳（TIC）。

Instrument work principle of determination of total organic carbon TOC
