一、拉力試驗機是用來(lái)對材料進(jìn)行靜載、拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、剪切、剝離等力學(xué)性能試驗用的機械加力的試驗機，適用于塑料板材、管材、異型材，塑料薄膜及橡膠、電線(xiàn)電纜等材料的各種物理機械性能測試為材料開(kāi)發(fā)，為物性試驗、教學(xué)研究、質(zhì)量控制等*的檢測設備，拉力機夾具作為儀器的重要組成部分，不同的材料需要不同的夾具，也是試驗能否順利進(jìn)行及試驗結果準確度高低的一個(gè)重要因素。

三、主要特點(diǎn)銅箔抗拉強度測試儀
采用進(jìn)口光電編碼器進(jìn)行位移測量，控制器采用嵌入式單片微機結構，內置功能強大的測控軟件，集測量、控制、計算、存儲功能于一體。具有自動(dòng)計算應力、延伸率（需加配引伸計）、抗拉強度、彈性模量的功能，自動(dòng)統計結果；自動(dòng)記錄zui大點(diǎn)、斷裂點(diǎn)、點(diǎn)的力值或伸長(cháng)量；采用計算機進(jìn)行試驗過(guò)程及試驗曲線(xiàn)的動(dòng)態(tài)顯示，并進(jìn)行數據處理，試驗結束后可通過(guò)圖形處理模塊對曲線(xiàn)放大進(jìn)行數據再分析編輯，并可打印報表，產(chǎn)品性能達到先進(jìn)水平。
