主要用途
本機可對各種金屬、非金屬及復合材料進(jìn)行力學(xué)性能測試和分析研究,廣泛應用于、石油化工、機械制造、塑料橡膠、陶瓷建材、金屬材料、建筑工程等行業(yè),以及高等院校、科研機構、技術(shù)監督、質(zhì)檢站所等部門(mén)。
可根據GB/ISO/ASTM/JIS/DIN等標準選配不同附具后可進(jìn)行拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、剝離、剪切、撕裂、刺破、頂破及各種高低溫試驗,可檢測材料的屈服強度、抗拉(壓、彎)強度、延伸率等參數。
主機結構                     
該機采用單臂式結構,主機部分由立柱、上橫梁、中橫梁、工作臺組成,調速系統安裝在工作臺下部,由調速精度高、范圍寬、性能穩定的伺服電機通過(guò)同步齒形帶減速系統帶動(dòng)滾珠絲杠副旋轉,滾珠絲杠副驅動(dòng)中橫梁,帶動(dòng)拉伸附具(或壓縮、彎曲附具)上下移動(dòng),實(shí)現試樣的加荷和卸載。該結構具有高剛度、高效率、傳動(dòng)穩定等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
綜合性測試平臺
微型計算機硬件平臺,準確實(shí)時(shí)采集處理數據,測控界面溫和、直觀(guān)層次分明清晰、操作簡(jiǎn)單等特點(diǎn)。
試驗力測量:
負荷測量:選用高精度輪輻式負荷傳感器,配以高性能的測量放大系統,保證了試驗力的高分辨率??筛鶕脩?hù)需求配置多個(gè)傳感器,實(shí)現試驗力寬范圍的測量。
位移測量:采用2000P/R高精度光電編碼器與精密絲杠同軸轉動(dòng),通過(guò)數字電路實(shí)現衡量位動(dòng)力控制系統
采用全數字伺服控制器,控制高性能的伺服電機驅動(dòng)同步齒形帶,帶動(dòng)兩對高精度無(wú)間隙的精密絲杠傳動(dòng),具有加載平穩、低速性能好、無(wú)間隙、傳動(dòng)效率高、噪音低、傳動(dòng)平穩的特點(diǎn)。

Main use

According to GB/ISO/ASTM, JIS, DIN standard, such as matching different affix can be carried out after tensile, compression, bending, peel, cut, torn, punctured, bursting and various high and low temperature test, to test the material yield strength, tensile, compression, bending) strength, elongation and other parameters.

Host structure
